Check-in: From 5:00 PM on arrival day
Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.
4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

An absolutely perfect riverfront stay!
My friend and I stayed at this beautiful riverfront home in Rio Del Mar in January 2026, and the experience exceeded every expectation.
The location is unbeatable — peaceful, scenic, and right on the river, yet still close to everything you might need. Waking up to the water views and enjoying the calm surroundings was pure luxury. The house itself is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, with a layout that makes it easy to relax and truly enjoy the stay.
Everything felt thoughtfully designed, from the comfortable bedrooms to the inviting common areas. Whether we were having morning coffee overlooking the river or winding down in the evening, the atmosphere was calm, warm, and genuinely special.

We have rented Villa Rio del Mar from Seabim and our initially high expectations based on the pictures in the internet were exceeded.
Every detail in the house is arranged for a perfect view on the river. Highlight was the dock with tiki-hut where we spend several hours every day in order to enjoy the view as well as some dolphin encounters at the dock.

In der Villa findet man alles was man braucht. Es fehlt nichts.
Wir haben es sehr genossen, besonders morgens und abends das Bootsdeck - es ist ein Traum.

Spacious and clean house. More room than four adults needed, especially since we spent most of our time on the dock or in the pool area. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed including bar accessories. Personable representative.
