We have rented Villa Rio del Mar from Seabim and our initially high expectations based on the pictures in the internet were exceeded. Every detail in the house is arranged for a perfect view on the river. Highlight was the dock with tiki-hut where we spend several hours every day in order to enjoy the view as well as some dolphin encounters at the dock.

Im August 2022 hatten wir die Villa "Rio del Mar" gemietet. Sie liegt direkt am Caloosahatchee River. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. In der Villa findet man alles was man braucht. Es fehlt nichts. Wir haben es sehr genossen, besonders morgens und abends das Bootsdeck - es ist ein Traum. Die Abwicklung, das Check-In, das Ferienhaus mit der tollen Lage und Aussicht, das Check-Out und die Betreuung waren super. Unser Urlaub hier war fantastisch. Spacious and clean house. More room than four adults needed, especially since we spent most of our time on the dock or in the pool area. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed including bar accessories. Personable representative.
