"Stay At Home" Order & Vacation Rental Maintenance

Seabim Vacation Villas' Maintenance Services

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a "Stay at Home" Order for non-essential businesses until April 30, 2020. Read the order here.

It is our pleasure to announce that making sure all Seabim Vacation Homes in Cape Coral are okay and safe is considered essential. Therefore, the Seabim Team will continue to ensure our properties are well maintained and taken care of during this "Stay at Home" order. Pool and lawn services will also continue on their regular schedules.

In addition to ensuring that our properties are well taken care of, we will also continue to meet our guests' needs during this time. The Seabim Team will be providing help online or over-the-phone whenever necessary until at least April 30th, 2020. If any of our guests need in-person services during this time, we are asking that our guests continue to follow the guidelines provided by the CDC to "slow the spread" of COVID-19 / Coronavirus.

We will also be continuing to provide our sellers, buyers and renters with any and all essential real estate services during this time. However, we have implemented a few guidelines of our own when showing our Cape Coral homes. We are striving to provide a safe environment for our home owners, vacation renters, sellers, buyers, and our Seabim Realtors / listing agents. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer any open houses.

We appreciate your continued support and cooperation.

The Seabim Team.
