100% Coronavirus Booking Credit for arrivals until May 31, 2020

Cancellation Offer limited until March 31, 2020

Due to the uncertainty in regards to the further development of the Coronavirus pandemic, many Seabim guests, especially those scheduled to arrive within the next weeks, asked us about options to postpone or cancel their vacation home bookings. International guests do not know whether the current ban will be extended and even if it was not, whether they would be allowed to leave their home countries, especially in Europe. Domestic travellers might face stricter restrictions implemented by their states or nationally.

  • 70% of our Florida vacation rental bookings are returning Seabim guests and their referrals. After so many years, many of them almost feel like family and friends and they know that we will always treat them as such. In situations like these they know that our first thought is not to check their rights according to the booking terms but to find the best way to help.
  • Seabim guests never have to worry whether their vacation home is owned by a customer-oriented owner or the opposite. They do not have to wonder whether the owner of their specific vacation home will offer them a 100% credit, a 50% credit, a 30% refund or nothing at all. Whatever the name of the vacation home is, all Seabim owners support our 100% guest oriented policies.
  • Seabim guests never have to worry whether an owner might have already spent the guests' deposits or prepayments or whether their funds are in a foreign country. All payments made by our guests are held in an escrow account of a Florida financial institution (currently Bank of America), for which our company, Sea Breeze International Management Corp., and its licensed broker (Heimo W. Langenbach) is responsible, under the supervision of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Here is how we are helping Seabim vacation home guests with scheduled arrivals until May 31, 2020:

Guests who change the rental period of their vacation villa until March 31, 2020, will receive a 100% Seabim Credit towards a new booking for the same time next year. The new booking needs to be made at the time of cancellation. No processing fees, no rebooking fees, no other fees.

Please understand that we need to limit this offer until March 31 for planning purposes. In order to take advantage of this offer, please make sure that we receive your information no later than March 31. We need to know as soon as possible, so that we are aware of which properties are available for other guests until May 31, 2020.

We realize that it might be difficult to determine the exact dates of your new booking immediately. Therefore, we also offer four months of cost-free rebooking, so you can adjust your booking later, if needed.

This offer will not apply for cancellations or rebooking requests after March 31, 2020.

Although many people cannot visit us at this time, we are OPEN and FULLY OPERATIONAL. Currently, most of our guests are last minute arrivals or guests that extended their Cape Coral stay to "hunker down" in "their" Seabim vacation home in a wonderful environment.
