All Seabim vacation homes in Cape Coral are either occupied by guests or they are ready for the next guests. We have new bookings every day. So, you are WELCOME to come and spend a wonderful vacation time with us! As always, the Seabim team will take good care of you.

However, at this time, many guests from all over the world are affected by various restrictions that have recently been implemented. Among them are guests from Canada and also from within the United States. Often, these guests have no other option but to cancel their Seabim vacation home.

Therefore, we are extending the "Seabim 100% Credit Policy" to ALL bookings that were scheduled to begin prior to Apr 16, 2020.

We will credit 100% of our guests' rental payments towards their next Seabim vacation villa booking, made at the time of cancellation. No processing fees, no rebooking fees, no hidden fees.

We simply ask guests, who need to cancel their bookings, to inform us via email. If you would like to take advantage of the "Seabim 100% Credit Policy" instead of the regular cancellation terms, please include the next stay's time period(s) that would work for you and the possible duration of the stay.

We will help you find the perfect Seabim home. Please understand that our response time is currently much slower than you are used to.

April 2020 beginnen und Ihre Seabim Ferienvilla in Cape Coral auf Grund der Auswirkungen des Coronavirus' nicht beziehen können, eine kostenlose Umbuchung auf eine spätere Reisezeit an. Sofern Sie Ihre Seabim Ferienimmobilie stornieren müssen, schreiben Sie uns bitte eine Email und inkludieren die gewünschte neue Reisezeit und Dauer. Geben Sie uns aber bitte etwas Zeit für die Antwort. Nachdem Sie sich für das passende Seabim Ferienhaus entschieden haben, werden wir 100% der bereits gezahlten Miete auf die neue Buchung für Sie übertragen. Keine Umbuchungsgebühren, keine sonstigen Gebühren, keine Abzüge. 100% heißt 100%.
