We stayed in Fort Meyers for spring break 2026. The home was immaculate. It was clean, fresh, open, and had every amenity you could think of. From window walls that all slide open, to an infinity pool where you can see dolphins and manatee in the morning. There are enough rooms and bathrooms where everyone can easily do things they need to do without disturbing another person. It is a 5 min drive to a little beach where we would watch the sunset
We had a situation where we had to call the host and he was absolutely amazing. Quick to respond and meet our needs. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our month long stay at Xanzurio! The big water river views are spectacular. The "beach" at what was (and will be) the Cape Coral Yacht Club was a short walk away and featured spectacular sunsets. The house is located close to many restaurants AND the amazing Saturday morning farmers market but far enough away to enjoy the benefits of a quiet neighborhood. There was an office that worked really well for remote workers. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens - both sheets, bath towels AND pool towels were provided. The house was very clean and is obviously well cared for. I especially liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom AND a TV. We hosted friends as well as family ranging in age from 81 to 3 and everyone loved the house. The warm welcome and continued support from Seabim throughout our stay was fabulous. I would not hestitate for a second to return to this home - or indeed any home that Seabim manages.

We were so happy with the home we stayed at in Cape Coral over our spring break. The house was stocked with everything that we needed, and was well maintained. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool, and enjoyed the sunrise sitting by the pool in the morning having our coffee. I recommend booking with Seabim, we had a wonderful experience.

We rented Xanzurio in 2/21 and it's an absolutely stunning house. Super clean and well maintained! Perfect size for our group of 8. It had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the view of the river is great. We didn't have sunrise but had some stunning moon rises. Harold our house consultant was so helpful, fun and a sweetheart! Wish we had him all week as part of our group. Seabim seems to be provide a great rental management experience. We will definitely rent a house from Seabim again. We're actually already researching for next year through Seabim for another Cape Coral rental.

We have rented houses with seabim on 3 occasions, we were due our 4th this year but sadly covid had other ideas! We wouldn’t consider booking through anyone else. Each time we have used their services they have been excellent. The houses are beautiful and extremely well maintained and communication from the team is always prompt. If you are looking for quality homes/villas to rent in Cape Coral, look no further and book through Sea Breeze International Management Corp (Seabim) you won’t be disappointed. I don't think you'll find a better group to work with if you're planning a vacation stay in Cape Coral. They are real pros! Their word is a commitment. The homes they manage are well cared for. They pay attention to all the details. Very clean. Everything is in good working order. They understand how everything works. Promptly handling any issue that might come up. Lars was instrumental in working with me to find a perfect place to stay in Cape Coral this past January. Would highly recommend them to anyone that values a quality experience with "No Surprises" . Harald spent extra time getting to know us. answer any questions. He provided a map and marked it up with some great places to eat/visit.
