Check-in: From 5:00 PM on arrival day
Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.

4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

We just spent two wonderful weeks at the Vista house. It is a lovely home located on a canal. The south facing pool was enjoyable all day long. In the evenings, we shared charcuterie and a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the water - so relaxing! The house was immaculate and was nicely stocked to ensure a comfortable stay. It was very quiet and a perfect neighborhood to walk. I was especially impressed with the communication with Seabim. How to access the home and other pertinent information was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. We’re hopeful that we can return to make more memories next year! We highly recommend!

Wir durften unseren Sommerferien in der Villa Vista der Seabim verbringen. Vom ersten Kontakt, über die Buchung, die Uebergabe und das viel zu frühe Ende unseres Urlaubs hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgerüstet; Teller, Besteck, Geschirr alles in genügender Menge und tollem Zustand vorhanden. Die Betten sehr bequem, der Pool, die Poolmöbel, alles perfekt. Klasse Weber Grill, da sind selbst die dicksten Tomahawk-Steaks keine Herausforderung. Das schönste aber, die Aussicht am Abend bei Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein!! Wir fühlten uns ab dem ersten Betreten der Villa zu Hause. Wir haben in Cape Coral schon einige Villen gemietet, dies war das erste Mal mit Seabim, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte. My son and I visited Fort Myers for a baseball tournament in October 2020. After researching the area, we decided to stay with Seabim. It was a great choice and an exceptional experience. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first about the no credit card policy, but that was an afterthought upon arrival. We were met at the property by a Guest Consultant who explained that Seabim is a family business. He was very kind as he went over policies and procedures while answering all of our questions. He seemed proud and honored to be a part of the company. That's very telling when employees take such pride in the company they work. The property was well appointed and very clean. There were many items provided to get us started on our vacation; a couple of beers, sodas and waters in the fridge, coffee and filters, dish detergent and dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, and plenty of clean kitchen and bath towels. This was most impressive to me and such a nice touch. The house was exceptional and met all our needs. Manuela and Lars were kind and extremely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. In fact, we have another baseball tournament this fall and that is the reason I'm remembering to take the time to provide a review of our past experience. We'll be reaching out to Lars and Manuela again very soon. If you are vacationing in the Fort Myers area, don't hesitate to go with Seabim. You won't be disappointed.
