Our house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Even had chairs for the beach, 2 umbrellas and pool noodles. Took a little bit to figure out the ceiling fans w the remote, but nothing major. we were there on July 4th and had a great view of 10-12 different locations for fireworks. a few views from the house i have added the photos. Centrally located for all the beaches we visited (went to 5 different beaches) and about a mile from the grocery store

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with SEABIM! We rented the home Trendalia for one week over Christmas on one of the Eight Lakes. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself was stunning, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The pool and outdoor space were a true highlight and made our stay feel both relaxing and special, even during the holiday season.
From the very beginning, communication with Lars and Jens was phenomenal. They were incredibly helpful while we were selecting the perfect home, and continued to be responsive and reassuring with any questions or concerns leading up to and throughout our family vacation. The entire process of rental was easy and Lares and his team where wonderful. The home was spotless and we are very fussy. The kitchen was well stocked , with lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The beds where comfortable. We ill use Seabim again .

Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Trendalia verbracht und waren sehr begeistert. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Aussicht sowie Lage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist überdurchschnittlich. Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind sehr groß. Unser Sohn war kaum aus dem Pool zu bekommen. Die Ausrichtung Nordseite ist vor allem im August optimal. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind stets im Schatten und der Pool in der Sonne. Im See waren einige Delfine zu sehen, sowie viele Pelikane.
Wir haben das erste mal mit SEABIM gebucht und sind vom Service und Abwicklung des Teams begeistert. Ursprünglich war diese Reise für 2021 geplant, allerdings musste sie wegen der Pandemie auf 2022 verschoben werden. Dies wurde problemlos durchgeführt. Email-Anfragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet.
Bei der persönlichen Begrüßung hatten wir auch gute Tipps zu Ausflügen bekommen.
Die drei Wochen vergingen leider viel zu schnell. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine großartige Zeit.

We spent three weeks at Villa Trendalia and were absolutely thrilled. The house boasts a breathtaking view and location. The amenities are above average. The pool and outdoor area are very spacious. Our son was practically glued to the pool. The north-facing orientation is ideal, especially in August. The seating areas are always shaded, while the pool is sunny. We even spotted some dolphins and many pelicans in the lake.
This was our first time booking with SEABIM, and we were delighted with the team's service and handling of everything. Originally planned for 2021, this trip had to be postponed to 2022 due to the pandemic. This was done without any problems. Email inquiries were always answered promptly.
During our personal welcome, we also received excellent tips for excursions.
The three weeks flew by far too quickly. We definitely had a fantastic time.
