Unlike other vacation rental companies, Seabim does not require any security deposit. We trust our guests and believe in providing a hasslefree booking experience.
2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: From 5:00 PM on arrival day
Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
3. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ✅
All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.
4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

Wir mieten schon seit ein paar Jahren immer bei Lars von Seabim. Er und sein Team sind einfach spitze. Die Häuser alle sehr schön. Es gibt immer ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank wenn man ankommt. Spülmittel, etc. ist auch für den Anfang da und sollte mal irgendwann irgendwas sein, wie z.b. der Mixer ist kaputt, wird ein neuer gebracht ;o)
Wir wurden immer super informiert. Sei es damals, als wir nicht nach Cape Coral fliegen sollten wegen "Ian", oder jetzt, als wir hier waren und Jens von Seabim uns frühzeitig riet, besser das Ferienhaus zu verlassen, noch bevor die offizielle Evakuierung angeordnet wurde.
Wir hatten zwar wegen "Milton" Pech mit unserer zweiten Woche, aber werden natürlich wieder bei Seabim buchen!!! Hoffentlich schon 2025 wieder!

We've been renting from Lars at Seabim for a few years now. He and his team are simply fantastic. The houses are all very nice. There are always a few drinks in the fridge when you arrive. Dish soap, etc., is also provided to get you started, and if anything ever goes wrong, like the blender breaking, they'll bring a new one. ;o)
We've always been kept very well informed. Whether it was back when we were told not to fly to Cape Coral because of "Ian," or now when we were here and Jens from Seabim advised us early on to leave the vacation home, even before the official evacuation order was issued.
We were unlucky with our second week because of "Milton," but we will definitely book with Seabim again!!! Hopefully again in 2025!

The property was well maintained and a great value for our stay. The community was warm and friendly as we did our daily jogs around the neighborhood. The location was great for everything we needed to do. Communication with Lars was great. We had no issues with our stay and look forward to returning soon as we visit to watch our son playing Minor League Baseball in Fort Myers.
