Rave is located in a prime location in Cape Coral, close to a cul-de-sac.** The Marina at Tarpon Point (Shops, Restaurants on the water) and the Rose Garden are only about three minutes away by car.** Jogging and walking are some of the preferred activities in this neighborhood.

Rave is located on the lake and features a huge private boat dock (owner`s boat on the lift).** There is direct and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, even to beaches inaccessible by car.

The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a beautifully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and great views of the pool and lake.** The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom which is also tiled and features a shower tub.** The third bathroom is equipped with a shower and is accessible from the pool area and the living room.** Pool is heated electrically and by solar.

Unlike other vacation rental companies, Seabim does not require any security deposit. We trust our guests and believe in providing a hasslefree booking experience.

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: From 5:00 PM on arrival day
Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

3. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ✅ 
All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.

4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

5. ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE
This property is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact our team if you have specific mobility requirements.

6. 24/7 GUEST SUPPORT ✅

Lars and his team are very professional and extremely helpful prior to arriving and whilst in Cape Coral. This year I had to cancel my holiday due to travel restrictions and I was given the option of a full refund or re-booking at a later date. The team made this stress free and very easy to do. I don't think you'll find a better group to work with if you're planning a vacation stay in Cape Coral. They are real pros! Their word is a commitment. The homes they manage are well cared for. They are reasonably priced. They pay attention to all the details. Very clean. Everything is in good working order. They understand how everything works. Promptly handling any issue that might come up. Lars was instrumental in working with me to find a perfect place to stay in Cape Coral this past January. Would highly recommend them to anyone that values a quality experience with "No Surprises" . Harald spent extra time getting to know us. answer any questions. He provided a map and marked it up with some great places to eat/visit. They didn't take a security deposit. They take time, know who their dealing with, get repeat customers.
