Unlike other vacation rental companies, Seabim does not require any security deposit. We trust our guests and believe in providing a hasslefree booking experience.
2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: From 5:00 PM on arrival day
Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
3. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ✅
All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.
4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

Stayed at the Finista house while visiting a relative, and it was exactly what I needed. Clean, well-decorated, beautiful view of the water, a large outdoor pool area, and a lovely deck to watch the sunrise and sunset. Management was incredibly responsive and very competent; there is a reason they have a loyal following. Will definitely use them for my next stay.

Cape Coral so far.
It has a fantastic view of the lake. We loved sitting down by the dock but also spent a lot of time in the pool. There were floats available for use in the pool.
The house was very clean upon arrival. We had a problem with a garbage container, and after reporting it, it was resolved within an hour. Seabim is a great company to rent from. This is our third Seabim house, and everything is well organized.
There were drinks in the refrigerator upon arrival, which was very helpful.
We lacked nothing; the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were wonderful. The only issue is that there are three king-size beds, and if you're traveling with friends, for example, it's nice to have a bedroom with two single beds.
The next time we return to Cape Coral, we will definitely return to the Finista house.

Eigentlich müsste man überall viel mehr Sterne vergeben. Seabim ist mit Abstand der beste Anbieter für tolle Ferienhäuser/Villen in CC.
Wir waren dieses Jahr im Haus Finista, auf das wir - nicht nur wegen Covid - lange warten mussten. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage ist einfach sensationell. Das Haus hat alles, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.
Wobei - ein klitzekleines Manko gibt es - ein Radio wäre noch toll, damit man auch am Pool etwas Musik hören kann. Aber das ist echt Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Vielen vielen Dank nochmal an das tolle Team von Seabim, das auch während der Coronazeit und des Lockdowns mehr als entgegenkommend war, und unsere Buchung immer wieder verschoben hat, bis wir jetzt endlich wieder Florida geniessen durften.

We booked a SEABIM property through VRBO in June this year. We were extremely impressed with the property as well as the management team. From the time we booked until the time we left the property the agents were nothing but helpful and efficient. The house itself was amazing and was spotless when we checked in and we loved the extra touches of convenience they left for us around the house to make things more comfortable. Next time we visit Florida we will definitely look for a SEABIM home!

We stayed one week (over Christmas) in the FINISTA and had a great time at a reasonable price. The house is located at a lake and the view is incredible. The heated pool and the decoration of the house were beautiful.
