We rented a beautiful home in Cape Coral Florida during Spring Break 2024 for 7 days. From the very first interaction with the SeaBim Company regarding our beautiful rental its was extremely professional and very easy to work with them. The home was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! My family was so excited and grateful for the beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and spa area, and great neighborhood. Our house manager Jens was spectacular! Jens went above and beyond as house manager. He was available to answer any questions or concerns we had morning or night. Instructions for the home and pool area were very clear and easy. We definitely will be renting another home from Seabim next year !!!

We rented a beautiful home from SeaBim in Cape Coral Florida for a 7 day spring break vacation. My family of 6 was absolutely delighted with the home. It’s was absolutely magnificent! So clean , instructions very clear , entry to the home easy. My interaction with the house manager Jens was nothing short of terrific !!! He was welcoming and available at all hours of the night and day for any question or concern. It was above and beyond my expectations. This was an excellent experience for our family and will definitely seek out another one of there properties in the future.

We had planned to be in Cape Coral for last Thanksgiving, but the devastating hurricane and the impact of it made it impossible. The Seabim team did an awesome job communicating through their blog but also personally with us during that time. We decided we wanted to support Seabim and the local businesses and instead of taking the refund we could rebook to this year's Memorial Day week. Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Zeladace - which was also a slight but free upgrade due to some maintenance work needed at the house of our initial booking. It was the second time in Cape Coral staying at a Seabim managed property. Everything was perfect, very short response time in communication before our arrival, great flexibility, perfect condition of the house and all its amenities. Our kids loved the pool with with the spa area. It's always the most relaxing of all vacations for us during the year, as you have all these really nice houses, great views of the canals, the pool, the al fresco dining... Can't wait to go again soon. Thanks for everything!

Dear Manuela, Lars, Jens, Harald and the entire Seabim team: We got back to Lima, everything went great and we’re currently in quarantine as per the Government’s decree. We’ve been without internet and cellular services until yesterday 🙄 you can imagine how the kids were 😂 We’re still settling in and cleaning the house, it’s been closed for 8 months!!! Things are getting worst here with the second wave of the virus, as of yesterday Peru went back to curfews and tighter restrictions, I wish we could have been able to stay in Cape Coral longer but unfortunately we had to come back. I want to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for all of your support and assistance during our 8 month stay in Cape Coral, you really made our stay easier than expected. When we were told to evacuate during the pandemic we didn’t know were to go. From the beginning Lars was such a great help, trying to get us a home, get the documents ready and approved since there were no rentals in Florida, all in less than 4 days, I remember as I was “walking” in the plane he sent me the contract and I wasn’t even able to sign it right away but gave me the option to do it once we got there. Then going out of his way to find us new homes when we had to extend our stay, even towards the end when everything was booked. Jens when he greeted us at the office with his big smile and a broken foot 😢 what a warm welcoming. He waited for us to give us the keys and contract since we got delayed driving from Miami. And please continue to send information on the lots, as soon as we can go to Bolivia and sell our house and property, we’ll start planning on buying either land or a house in Cape Coral, we have looked at a few lots that we’re very interested. Harald, what can I say about Harald, he’s such a caring and dedicated person, always there to solve and fix the problems or needs we had, even our nanny was able to communicate with him, I think in sign language since none of them spoke each other’s language🤣 I could count on seeing him once a week at the house, checking and making sure everything was ok. He was there every time we had to move, at check in and check out, even though we already knew the drill 😊 Manuela thank you for all of your support, understanding and patience, always going out of your way to accommodate and wait for us on payment days ☺️ And for the continuous assistance you are giving us now. You all have become a part of our family and life, if you are ever in Lima don’t hesitate to call to let us know that you’re coming, you have a place to stay and we’ll be waiting with open arms. We love Cape Coral and miss it so much!! We have used seabim fo all our spring break vacations and they are very prompt and courteous. All their houses are very very nice and the whole process to book is easy and staightforward. When the government canceled things due to coronavirus they offered credit and then after that gave refunds. All this was very helpful. We can’t wait to book again as soon as we can, as we look forward to our Florida rental houses every year!
