Stillentim was a great mid-March vacation spot. Everything was well managed and as it appeared in the pictures - all accommodations were terrific. Had a wonderful week in Cape Coral. Heimo was very helpful walking us through the operations of the home.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Stillentim this past January. While the weather wasn’t ideal(it was quite chilly!!), the house more than made up for it. It had every amenity you could think of, was supremely clean and just the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality down time. The sunset views were absolutely beautiful-we never missed one! Of course, champagne was a must for every viewing while in the jacuzzi.
Heimo and his team were equally impressive and so nice!!!!! He was super attentive, explained all the house details to a T and made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to get back.
I highly recommend any one of his properties.
I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

The home we rented for our family vacation was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, had excellent amenities and a gorgeous view. Our guest consultant was helpful, friendly and responsive. We would definitely rent this home again!

I rent vacation homes every year, Stillentim home made my #1 most beautiful water view bonus, Spectacular!! Breathtaking home inside and out…. Beautiful decor throughout the whole house and Lanai, gorgeous modern furniture, kitchen well stocked with brand new quality pots pans dishes utensils, etc. I highly recommend this home, the owners certainly know how to please their renters sharing their luxurious home, thank you!! I need to thank Heimo the house manager and his lovely wife Manuela who made sure my stay was perfect and comfortable, thank you!! Five Star Accommodations!
Eight Lakes surpassed our expectations. This house had beautiful views of the water, gigantic lanai with fire place, modern luxury furnishings, and well stocked kitchen with high end appliances and every gadget you could ever need while cooking. The owners attention to detail made our trip absolutely perfect! Truly an amazing property. Heimo also made checking in and out easy and was highly knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions.
