Unlike other vacation rental companies, Seabim does not require any security deposit. We trust our guests and believe in providing a hasslefree booking experience.
2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: From 5:00 PM on arrival day
Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
3. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ✅
All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.
4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

Newly built in 2025, the home is spacious, beautifully furnished, and boasts a fantastic location on the Eight Lakes, including sunsets over the water. Our favorite feature was the amazing large pool with a jacuzzi. As always, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and very pleasantly. We will be back!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Clauripel. It is a beautiful, four bedroom home that perfectly met our groups needs. West exposure that provided beautiful sunsets each evening while we enjoyed the pool and tiki hut. House is located in a very nice neighborhood that is close to many great restaurants. This was our fifth year renting a home from Seabim. All the homes have been beautiful and the Seabim team continues to amaze us with their professionalism. Heimo always makes sure everything is perfect upon our arrival. We will be back next year for another two weeks.

Wir haben in den letzten Jahren über Seabim - Sea Breeze schon sechs Ferienhäuser gemietet. Die Abwicklung funktioniert sehr professionell, die Häuser sind top in Schuss und der Service der Firma ist hervorragend. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
In diesem Jahr (2020) hatten wir einen Aufenthalt im November geplant, im Januar gebucht und schon bezahlt gehabt. Durch die Covid-Pandemie haben wir im August angefragt, ob man die Reise ins nächste Jahr verschieben kann. Dem wurde direkt zugestimmt, ich habe die Daten fürs nächste Jahr angegeben und der Aufenthalt wurde absolut unbürokratisch, unkompliziert und schnell umgebucht. Ohne jegliche Zusatzkosten und ohne irgendwelche Diskussionen; das finde ich extrem kulant, fair und kundenorientiert. Ich kann die uneingeschränkte Empfehlung nur wiederholen. Ein Top-Unternehmen meiner Meinung nach.

This year (2020), we had planned a stay in November, booked it in January, and already paid. Due to the Covid pandemic, we inquired in August whether we could postpone the trip to the following year. This was immediately agreed upon; I provided the dates for next year, and the stay was rebooked quickly, easily, and without any red tape. There were no additional costs or discussions whatsoever; I find this extremely accommodating, fair, and customer-oriented. I can only reiterate my unqualified recommendation. A top-notch company in my opinion.
