Clean home, well maintained. Attentive management but not at all intrusive. Excellent location. Would rent again without hesitation. January 2026

First off, Lars from Seabim was amazing with his communication. My wife and I love Cape Coral and stayed at the Belarticia. The area to get to this house is very nice. The neighborhood itself was incredibly quiet!! The pool was 3 feet long, so if you actually like to swim, instead of just having room to stand, it was a treat! We love to swim, so a large pool was extremely important to us. This is one of the only sites I saw that would include the pool size in their description of the property. As in any rental, there are always a few minor negatives. The power shade going out to the pool area went out our last day. The tv in the living room was difficult to figure out how to use. If they were to include operating instructions, that would be helpful. Again, minor things. On to the good things, which were many. A very clean house with a lot of room. The master bathroom was huge and was well thought out. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice closet to hang your clothes with plenty of hangers. The refrigerator was very clean and the ice machine was working properly with fresh ice. In our last four rentals, I ended up cleaning the filthy ice machines, so this was a treat! There were plenty of kitchen gadgets to use during our week and a half stay. It was just my wife and myself, so we didn't use the other bedrooms or bathroom. We liked it so much and tried booking it for next year, but it was already reserved. Seabim has numerous homes in the area to choose from.

The house and view are gorgeous. The rooms are bright and airy. We loved sitting outside observing the canals, the fish jumping and taking dips in the warm pool. It would have been nice to have cushions on the loungers and backs of the patio dining chairs. The patio umbrella was appreciated during the morning and midday. A neighbor across the canal played his patio tv very loudly and blasted his music. When asked on two separate days to lower the volume he became extremely angry but did eventually comply. This shattered the serenity and relaxation. The living room big screen tv needs a sound bar, we needed closed captions to help sift through the distortion. We bought a remote to operate the tv’s Netflix feature as the original Visio remote didn’t function and the manager said they wouldn’t provide this which left a bad taste in our mouths. The furniture was comfortable and ample with lots of throw pillows. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious with plenty of bath towels, but new top sheets could be supplied. The kitchen is large and although the dishwasher did a poor job, everything else functioned well, making cooking together easy. There are plenty of restaurants close by with many ethnicities represented, lots of good places were discovered. The house is clean and well-maintained and we had a lovely time staying there and look forward to coming back to Cape Coral.

Wir waren (wie immer) mehr als zufrieden mit dem Haus, der Betreuung durch Harald, und im Vorhinein mit der Abwicklung, der Kulanz bzgl. der vielen Umbuchungen/Stornierungen aufgrund von Corona, und vor allem dem super Preis (Danke Lars). Wir waren wieder einmal absolut begeistert von unserem Haus (BELARTICIA). Das Haus innen war super schön, der große Pool und Außenbereich, alles mehr als perfekt. Wir buchen seit Jahren nur bei Seabim, und waren schon in den verschiedensten Häusern. Wir waren schon zu acht Personen (mit Kindern), zu viert und zu zweit in den Häusern. In ALLEN Häusern fehlt es an nichts, alle Häuser sind voll ausgestattet (wie zu Hause/teilw. besser). Und sollte doch einmal etwas fehlen, wird es SOFORT von den Mitarbeitern von Seabim besorgt. Danke, Danke, an das GESAMTE Seabim Team, ihr macht ALLE einen tollen Job, dies ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich!!! FÜNF Sterne sind viel zu wenig. Bis zum nächsten Jahr, LG Petra

We were once again absolutely thrilled with our house (BELARTICIA). The interior of the house was beautiful, the large pool and outdoor area were all more than perfect. We've been booking exclusively with Seabim for years and have stayed in a wide variety of houses. We've stayed in the houses as a group of eight (with children), as a group of four, and as a couple. All the houses have everything you could possibly need; they are all fully equipped (like home, sometimes even better). And if something is missing, the Seabim staff will take care of it IMMEDIATELY. Thank you, thank you to the ENTIRE Seabim team! You ALL do a fantastic job; this is absolutely not something to be taken for granted!!! Five stars are far too few. The team at Seabim is great to work with. The homes are kept in pristine condition and they are responsive to everything we needed!

We booked for 6 weeks and ended up staying 3 months! Lars, Harald and the team were great and Sea Breeze has the best properties. We will definitely be back and continue to recommend to our friends.
