Seabim vacation home on LAKE FINISTERRE. Construction of this wonderful home will be completed in the summer of 2021.

This Seabim vacation home in Cape Coral offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms with a luxurious pool and spa. The huge pool will be 36 ft x 16 ft., the spa will we 6 ft. x 6 ft. and heating will be by electric heat pump. The pool will also have a salt system. The deck and pool enclosure are across the entire width of the home and the deck is about 8 ft. deeper than normal (oversized lot). The covered lanai is on the west side of the house.

The pool is designed in a way that it has SUN all day long, whether it is summer or winter.

The glass sliding doors are 90 degree sliders, making sure that there are fantastic lake views from almost all areas in the living room and of course on the lanai and pool deck. There are no columns on the lanai that could obstruct the view.

Equipment and furniture will be on the modern/contemporary side.

There is a new boat dock entertainment terrace on the lake.

MAJADAMA offers Gulf access for boaters; about 30 minutes to the river.
