Checkout: By 10:00 AM on departure day
Access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

3. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ✅ 
All electricity costs are included in your rental rate. No additional charges, no meter readings, no surprises.

4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental property. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

5. ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE

Volle Punktzahl! Sehr professionelle Abwicklung im Vorfeld und Kontakt wenn gewünscht auch auf Deutsch. Vor Ort fanden wir ein exzellentes Haus vor, sehr gut ausgestattet, extrem sauber und tatsächlich genau wie auf den Bildern etc.beschrieben. Des Weitern gab es einen sehr angenehmen Kontakt vor Ort mit Herrn Langenbach, der sofort vorbei kam, nachdem wir versehentlich die Einstellungen am Pool geändert haben. Tips und Tricks (was man alles unternehmen kann) gab es obenauf von Herrn Langenbach. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! (Translated by Google) Full marks! Very professional handling beforehand, and contact was also available in German if desired.
