We rented Nika house at the end of March (BTW it is a good time to visit Cape Coral and Fort Mayer). My family and I were really impressed with the house. My girls could not decide which room they wish to stay more. The house looks brand new having all rooms and appliances in great conditions. We found the house very clean and with everything that one may need for everyday needs. The property is very well maintained. The pool was clean and spacious enough to swim or play there. All equipment works automatically you need only set a desirable water temperature. Having breakfast by the pool in the morning was very pleasant. We came for six days and two of them spent mostly in the house relaxing and enjoying pool, favorite food, reading books or browsing online - high speed Internet was working perfectly and we could chat on Skype with friends and family. The house is in a quiet residential area but only two minutes from a shopping center. We purchased all our groceries at Publix on our way home that was very convenient. Finally I like to say that booking the place and communicating with Seabim people was very easy and friendly. We enjoyed our getaway vacation and certainly recommend Seabim – Vacation Home properties and services to others."
