No Surprise: Values UP in Cape Coral

Fresh information from inside the Lee County Property Appraiser's Office: 2013 assessed values in Lee County will go up by more than 3%. However, Cape Coral outperforms the county average significantly (increase of almost 9%). We expect the exact values per property by the end of August.

 

Of course, Seabim-clients know about the turn-around for quite some time now. There are still good deals in the market - just a little more expensive than at the bottom. In addition, there are fewer homes-for-sale and fewer attractive lots for sale in Cape Coral, Captiva, Sanibel and Naples. New construction is still very attractive - we started several projects in 2013.
