About 70% of all of our vacation rental guests are returning seabim-customers, who can contact us directly. However, new customers sometimes find us on other websites. Please make SURE that you really communicate with our company!

Currently, there are different SCAMS. Today I got a call from a Michigan renter. She THOUGHT that she was booking one of our seabim-vacation-homes on VRBO. The booking papers looked legit to her. A person, who impersonated Lars asked her to wire the full rental amount right away, although it was for a 2020-booking. Fortunately, she got skeptical, did some research and called us. Otherwise, she would have lost her money AND she would have found out next year, arriving at the house that nobody knows anything about her or her booking.

Scam artists copy property photos and website information to advertise on different platforms like VRBO / HOMEAWAY and others. Mostly, these ads cannot be distinguished from legitimate ads. Therefore, be very careful.

The Florida burrowing owl is Cape Coral’s “Official City Bird”. Cape Coral residents love their burrowing owls and strive to protect them. Usually, these owls can be found on vacant land. However, as Cape Coral continues to grow and more homes are being built, the amount of vacant lots are decreasing.
